Be careful with 7cms on tibias, big chance of permanent damage. 5 cms is much safer and you would still be pretty tall at over 185.

His rule of thumb is 3 on femurs, 2 on tibias. Also the precice nail only goes to 8cms, a little over 3 inches. So you can't lengthen 5 inches on a single segment.
