I would recommend LATN with Barinov but absolutely not LON.

Crimson is right, I would absolutely try to avoid ATL as much as possible. It should be an absolute last resort.. say goodbye to any remaining "spring in your step."

I did LATN, I think LATN is the best method for full and fast recovery with the least chance of complications.
