Is it possible? What would the ideal split be between femur/tibias? Would humerus be ideal if arm length is starting at 5’9?

I think it could work. Are you 5'9 now?

Yes, it is possible. 3 inches in femurs and 2 inches in tibias should get the job done.

Yes, currently 5’9. Would it be more ideal to do 2 and 2 and stop at 6’1 or just go for that extra inch?

From what I've read you will be partially crippled after two limb lengthening surgeries. Since there is no photo/video proof I've seen of people fully recovered and walking from one surgery, let alone two, I have put it on the backburner myself

The idea of going from 5'9 to 6'2 is nice, but if you can't even move properly or have sex with people then what is the point?

Just DON'T DO IT!
" 5ft 8in is the ideal height for a man.
Dating app Badoo has revealed the most right-swiped heights based on their users aged 18 to 30. "
Note that this is not an average that could even correspond to not a single woman preferences. This is really the height the the highest number of real women in the UK prefer.

Also, "  5′8″ Is the average height for a NAVY SEAL"

Maybe they just don't like feeling a super high arm "falling" with the hand on their shoulder....or not being able to give a normal hugh!

Rember also that
The average males height in the is USA is 5"" 9,3 while in the UK is taller: 5"10,1

I’ve seen video of successful 2 LL patients, so not sure what you mean.

Hi!I mean,  altough I respect everybody and also because I have height neurosis, that if I had 5"8 or 5""7 and my main worry was girls, I wouldn't risk the dangers, cost and time of LL.
But unfortunately for me  I am 5"00, had girlfriends who saw something else in me and lost the last one because of things like isolation,  caused by the neurosis....

I'am 5'9 too and idk your reasons or where you live but get internal femurs for 6cm (I would not go past 6 but if you want then do 7cm) and be happy with 6ft .
I haven't had LL yet , but one surgery is enough to stress me out without even having it done yet .
Don't be too optimistic on pain and recovery time .
I don't know more then you about it since I haven't undergone it either so mine it's just a suggestion .
