6 inches tibia + femur

Is it save to gain 6 inches on tibia + femur and how long it will take ?

My tibia is 35 cm
My femur is 38 cm
Height is 175 cm

Idk about 6 but 5.5 inches(14cm) is relatively safe (6cm tibia, 8cm femur)

But you'd have to do it separately. Go with internal femurs first if you have the money for it.
