Could you tell me who is your doctor? How soon does he think you'll recover?
past 5cm on tibia it's probably a good idea to slow down to 0.75 or even 0.5.
If you have nerve pain, you should not lengthen for some days, like 3. And then, start lenghtening again
Quote from: dragonslayer on April 06, 2023, 01:07:28 PMThe toes pain started from the second week, less then 2cm, and 0.99mm per day.
Before the lengthening started, after surgery my heels pain very much every night, like many needles stabbing. After took vitamin B1+B6+B12 some days, heels pain is gone, but toes pain even I still take vitamin B everyday.
Now the doc is giving Pregabalin, I'll use it after I get it.
that’s too fast for a tibia lengthening.
My advice is to shorten until the pain disappear, and then slow down lengthening
How is the pain so far? Does the nerve pain make the process really hard? How do you manage your nerve pain?

+1
Once you’ve shortened and the pain disappears proceed at .7mm in 3 sessions a day. Have you been in for X-rays recently?
