I am planning for 8cm femurs , was wondering if there are any options for just above 20,000 usd, and if so how safe are these methods

I would say anyone charging 20k to do your femurs is not a safe option. You get what you pay for. If there was someone out there in a 1st world country with a great record doing femurs for only 20k im sure everyone would be going to him instead of typically paying 80k+

I did femur LL with Dr.Betz in Germany . I easily reached my Goal +6.5cm and now since one week I´m consolidation. I payed arround 50k.
