I dont think pure testosterone is the answer, eg my Test level is naturally very high, it was around 830 (tested 2 months ago) but CLL recovery was still very hard for me- I am 54 Yo, I think ballistic type stretching (but is painfull and can be dangerous if too rigorous), HGH (but maybe not so much as I have tried extensive Int. fasting, HIIT, and MK677 for 6 months so far), and DHT (much more anabolic than pure test) maybe more important?.

Thanks for being happy for me  Age limit for limb lengthening

Testosterone doesn't drop with age (or barely any), but because of a lifestyle:

Bones are strongest at about 30-35.
At 30-35 men are physically in their peak and you talk about us like we are in our 80s, risk doesn't grow exponentially in your 30s and healing is still fast because it is a young age, lifespan is 85 years and not 50, 30s are young and basically a peak age for men.

You are probably in your 20s, so why are you trying to demoralize us and not to demoralize yourself? You basically only wrote bad about our age group and good about your own age group, very selfish.

Thanks for spitting facts bro. I feel I’m much better equipped now mentally and physically vs when I was in my 20’s.

I'M gonne be 28 this December. In fact, I felt the best at 27 for the most of my 20's and it's gonna be just getting better from now to 60. Age is just a number, what matter is how you take care of yourself. Life doesn't end at 30 40 50 it can be as long as 100 years. Think positive, we all have enough

I think we are missing the point. Unless you're unfit and doing tibias, even older men are unlikely to experience malunion. Femurs in healthy adults are the bread and butter for successful LL.

Most long-term complications are from soft tissues and not the bone. It is quite common for older patients (30+) to experience muscle tightness years after their nails were removed.

As a boxer, and as much as I'd hate to admit it, no one in the ring in their 30s are as fast and enduring compared to themselves in their 20s.

Regardless, forget about your age. As others have said, today is the best day. You will only be older and recover slower next year.
