Hey , I‘m going to fly to vacation soon.
Did anyone in the Forum have experience the metal detector at the Airport security?
(internal femur rods)

Yes. The Airport metal detectors will be able to detect the Stryde Nails. All you need to do is say you have metal implants in your legs from surgery and they will screen you through the X-Ray machine.  It's not a big deal and they will not ask you any specifics about the surgery.
