What do you mean 100% athletic recovery, for playing casual football once in a while with you friends or semi pro level?

I read a lot about it in those months and if you go to a serious doctor and do everything as he says you will get close to 100% after a couple of years from your surgery. Some people say they got to 100% but we need to define what 100% means, right now i did my surgery like 3 days ago and to me 100% is being able to walk/doing stairs normaly and squatting and deadlifting at the gym casually, like i was never running before and i won’t think i will after the surgery anyway.

For some people 100% means doing 100m close to what Usain Bolt does and good chance then they will never get to 100% even after 10 years

Some people report lifting a little more but I doubt one would regain their full explosiveness etc, but majority of people here don’t aim for that anyways... most people here live regular lives and are not athletes and will never use 100% anyways, I used to be an athlete in high school and run cross country and wrestle. I barely casually work out more than 4 days a week now just to keep toned and be healthy, As I got older I didn’t care as much as reaching my full athletic potential and shifted towards reaching my full income and status potential. If I was to do CLL and resume life the same as I would’ve without it that would be sufficient to me.
