Then do 5-6 cm in external tibias and stay with your frames the whole year (don't use LON, LATN)

I don't know what shoes you can use, sorry. I can just see the outline and angle of your foot a bit.

If you go to Russia it might cost you 20k but it's riskier.

If you decide on only doing the surgery once just give yourself all the time you need for recovery and do externals for 6cm but I would recommend to do the traditional method if you go above 5 cm.
