Are long tibias ever noticeable?

Are long tibias ever noticeable to the point of being pointed out?. Say some1 with good proportioned or just say long tibias gets them lengthened around 5 - 5.5cm. ?

Only to people that know about long lengthening or know you have done it. Otherwise no one would notice.

Ur probably right. Even if they notice most ppl actually admire freakish long legs.
