Due to obvious reasons, I will use a throwaway account.
Most of these diaries are fake as fk. I would not be surprised if only one or two people are writing these bogus stories. These past one or two years these bot(s) are ramping up their marketing game. A good chunk of these diaries are unfinished, lacking evidence and photos, the same style of writing and never maintained; bots are probably running out of ideas. Yet, more and more diaries are popping up?
I can't give any specifics, again, due to reasons. But I know that there is truth to what I am saying. I am not asking you to believe me as this post is just as sketchy as these fake ass diaries. But, please do your due diligence with regards to this surgery. Take these diaries with a grain of salt especially the ones without evidence and photos! Do not get carried away by these "low" prices and reviews. When hits the fan, you are either stuck in a third world country and could not fly back due to the expensive and lacking visa support, or, you are stuck in your country and could not get back to Russia due the expensive and complex visa process. In either case, do not expect Kulesh (or Solomin, you will only see this guy at the operating room and consultation. Is this guy real at all? 
) to go above and beyond to help you as you have heard in this forum, 'cause they won't.
I know my warning can be applied to every diary (except relating to visa), but my experience is with these doctors specifically. Solomin is no doubt a good doctor but please do your research, and do it again. And for fk's sake, again, do not let these diaries give you a boner and immediately think that these people are legit and impulsively fly to Russia.

I hope your not talking about my diary. If so please, whatsapp me, i can video chat you or anybody on this forum. I am definitely real and have proof, scars, passport, visa, plane boarding tickets, airbnb tickets of my stay in russia, medem and municipal hospital paper work.
Btw idk where you are getting this info about these doctors not helping you out cause Dr Kulesh and his assistants went above and beyond to help me while i was bedridden and stuck at the hospital so stop spreading BS.

All I can say is you only have two legs and years of opportunity to save up for this surgery. Don't get tempted by extremely cheap options. You get what you pay for. Good luck to all.
