Hello,
I´m planning to do my LL in September, aiming for an overall gain of 14cm, 8cm femur and 6cm tibia.
As my desired gains are at the upper limit (or above) of what is recommended, I´m very curious about how I could best prepare for this procedure to achieve a maximum level of recovery afterwards. I´ve read multiple of advice and tips, but I wonder which of them are really useful and if there are proven exercises etc. that you should do in preparation for LL.
I´m very sportive and therefore a bit afraid of not recovering well from this procedure. I´m aware there is no 100% recovery, but I hope to get at least somewhere around 80 to 90%. Do you think that´s manageable with doing the right exercises and stuff?
I´d appreciate so much if somebody could help me with this question.
Best regards
