Hi all , I had an ACL reconstructive surgery 4 years back. Although I am fine and have recovered my strength and quads after joining the gym, now that I want to get my tibias done, I am quite apprehensive about LON/internal since i would not prefer a nail inserted through my knee.

Should i still try external LON(under parihar) or ilizarov(external fixators) ? Also after being informed by few other folks I have a second thought for Dr Mitkovic for monorails as I feel his success rates are great and monorail would do a great job with physios as well.

I plan to lengthen about 6cm on tibias.

Please suggest.
