I am a very slim East Asian male,I just had a femur X-ray.Is there a possibility that I cannot undergo surgery because of the thin femur?

Yes, you'll have to ask your doctor. Another concern is that the side view of your femur shows that it is curved, which could be a deformity.

That's right. When I was lengthening, I saw many little children, both girls and boys, at ages I think as young as 5. They were lengthening with the Precice 2 nails or the TSF external fixators.
In your case, you should ask your doctor first.
