In the old thread a lot of people do like 7cm tibias and not stryde nail.
Are the risks/complications less now with a better nail and having a reasonable goal of lengthening?
Any vets that took the nail/rod out experience random pain like some people who do but still have the rod in? (movie, etc).

Quote from: Vibes on February 01, 2021, 02:23:10 AMUnfortunately the largest body of evidence when it comes to CLL is stuff extrapolated from the trauma literature.
However, I think the best evidence is that several well-respected surgeons in the USA are performing these surgeries on patients every week. If these surgeons are willing to put their entire reputation/livelihood on the line, I'm sure they at least consider it safe enough for most.
I mean all the doctors make you sign a form so they don’t take any responsibility afterwards, and tell us about the consequences.
Also, a lot of the doctors imo think downplay the recovery time. That’s why I want an updated list with people who used stryde
