or how long do you have to wait since first-visit?

(at well known centers, by surgeons like Rozbruch or Paley)

I am sorry but I am a bit confused. Right way. You mean preparation before the surgery or choosing the suitable methods for the surgery?

It depends on the surgeon. Some will have long waiting lists, some won't. Generally the more popular the surgeon the longer the wait.

Nobody can answer that.  Even the same doctor might have vastly different wait times depending on lots of unpredictable factors.

Most surgeons are not super booked because of stryde recall so I would say 2-3 months from initial appointment if everything is clear

This has been my experience as well. 2-4 months after consultation with a known US doctor.

back when Stryde was out, what kind of delays were there from first consult? Does anyone know? I'm curious what the backlog delay will be if it releases next year.
