possible causes of knee pain 2 years post LL (internal femurs, retrogade)? Pain is killing me

Thanks guys. Idk what else to do. Pain is sooo bad now. I'm taking pills but they don't help.
@Yellowspike, I wasn't that short. I was 5'65. Now I'm 5'85 or 5'8 depending on the day (when I finished LL I was 5'9 but I lost height).  My ortho told me I will have arthritis soon. I'm worried. I will work on my gluteus to see if that helps.
@MrBlack, my doctor was Dr Monegal. I don't recommend him. Worst choice ever.
@MoonKnight, I have been active but unable to run and work out. Normal walking OK. Some days knee pain is very bad. I did only femurs.

Thnx Microbe. Rods are out. Pain hasn't improved. I don't know what to do. I've visited other doctors and they don't have a solution for me. I'm trying some exercises Yellowspike recommended, but no improvement yet.

Warn readers this individual has never had surgery, never posted evidence and his only aim is to slander the guy who saved my leg. The. He will say I am either Monegal or that I work for him.

Individuals can make their points. Patients can write their diaries. But this pathological behavior should go back to ban because there are real and genuine patients here.
As for the mods they should consider permanent banning... just for posting private medical info from user MM. this is not just against the forum it is against law

Can you please stay out of my threads Cinderella? You're a toxic FAKE Dr Monegal and/or staff. You should be banned.  I have many proofs of Dr Monegal's disasters and not only MM. She is the worst case in LL history, yes, but not your only bad case. There are also other patients here who post good things but aren't OK after many years for femur and tibia alike (misalignments, fractures, implant failure, nerve problems, permanent knee pain). I haven't posted their xrays and information because I respect MM and all my friends. They're your victims. Dr M, I know you're reading. You should improve your surgical skills, compensate patients for what you have done to them and not using this forum to fish new patients.
