Do you notice a change in your balance/centre of gravity after LL? Or does your body adapt quickly?

Both.  The center of gravity is definitely much higher, but your brain adjusts to it and it doesn't feel weird after a while.

Do you still have the same confidence of "I won't fall easily if someone pushes me" or does it go away?

I'll definitely fall easier than before LL if someone pushes me.
