I want to add 6.5 cms to my tibias since tibias are much cheaper than femurs. I was hoping that you guys could suggest some respected doctors that I could research more that wouldnt break the bank. I want to ideally spend less than 40k for the whole trip.
Bump
Dr. Yuksel Yurttas, he crippled some, but at least he is a cheap option.

No, this 'you get what you pay for' BS is what american doctors charging 2-3x the rest of the world want you to think.
Sure there's some bad outcomes elsewhere but if you pick someone decent (i.e. not a turk butcher) and have reasonable lengthening goals and give yourself time to do it, there's no reason you can't have a good outcome paying less.
Vietnam as mentioned is a good option for LON for $20k and there's been a few good diaries from there. If you want femurs/internal nails then Greece is an option for $45k. There's no need whatsoever to be making a $100k donation to Paley cos 'you get what you pay for'.
