Hello leg lengthening community,

I will be traveling to Istanbul, Turkey next week to visit a few Leg lengthening clinics. I will be documenting my unfiltered, unsolicited experience and vibe of the doctors, mangers and the teams of each clinics during my visit.

The purpose of this trip is for me to be up and close with some lengthening patients and team, and judge for myself. I have been a lurker on this forum for the past 5 months. And have read about people bashing on LLS (Leg lengthening surgery) done in Turkey.

Height: 168cm (5’6” inches)
Target height: 181-182 (5’11.8”) 13-14cm gained

Methods: Precise femur (100%). Ain’t no body trying to do LON on femur. Think about all thighs muscles constantly rubbing on the nails for 3 months.

lON tibia. LON is better than precise in terms of bow leg correction.
I have a slight bow leg. But not major. Can play basketball competitive. So main reason of doing LON over precise for tibia (yes lots of research and talking to doctors)

Main concerns:bone infection, misalignment and fked up biomachanics.
