Yeah she has a pending lawsuit with Guichet. Her lawyers don't want to give him any iota of excuse to get away with technicality. Guichet's lawyers had declared bankruptcy so the lawsuit had to start from zero again after 4,5 years. The diary will be back when the lawsuit is over

Most lawsuits are public so there are probably court records you can search for online.
