hey bros... whats up?
my story begins now. i'm a 17 year old boy of Portuguese descent... and i max out at 168cm, or about 5'6. i am short but compared to my parents i lucked out quite a bit. my dad is around 5'0 and my mother is around 4'11! very lucky!
what i have thought of is... what if one were to lengthen only 4cm once a year... as in.. you do 4cm in your tibias.. wait a year or even TWO, then do 4cm in your femurs... wait another year or even two... REBREAK, then do the same thing all over again.
how would this work for theoretical soft tissue healing? would it be the best way to come at limb lengthening, not regarding schedules and costs? for the career i am thinking of... this would most definitely work, but i would have to be extremely patient. and the cost might be a little wonky..
this is very similar to Dr. Paley's Option 5, but it seems like such a hellish experience, not gonna lie.
what is everyones thoughts? hopefully i can squeeze out a few more CM's if im lucky to be at like 170-172... 174 would be the best since i can get to sometthing like 6'3 with this plan, and with lifts, 6'5 (?)
