I can't go out because I'm sitting on the 5th floor.   
It makes me so sad..   
Because there is no elevator..I sit on the couch as I go down the stairs..2 people are lifted from the right and left and lowered..   
I feel sorry for this one thing.

I am 4.5 cm today

I put my feet in hot water...(into the bucket)
my feet are not constantly on the ground..changed skin officially
massage with hot water is good

even though I'm in a wheelchair..it is good to walk with a walker since i am light
these days are passing...
