If you traveled to a foreign country for LL did border officers ask you questions about LL? Did you tell them it is to grow taller? What other questions did they ask?

Generally, you don't need to tell them any details.  Just saying "I had a surgery in my legs" is enough.

So for example you go through metal detector. And in case it will set of an alarm, the TSA guy will pat you down manually and thats it right?

Oh I think he was asking about immigration officers during immigration for LL. Like "business or pleasure?" "Oh neither officer, it's for surgery"

Yeah I was asking about during entering a foreign country. If I enter through the visa waiver route (90 day stay) then I can just say tourism, but if I apply for a medical visa then I will need to tell them about LL I guess.
