i have ask my doctor, but he said that pre operatinal stretching doesn't helps much actually. Would like to know what's other doctor said to you before the operation?

Proper stretching and getting very flexible takes a long time to attain. Doing stretches 1-2 months before lengthening won't hurt but it's not going to make much difference. Flexibility is an individual thing also some people are simply more flexible than others. Muscle building is fine as you will atrophy somewhat during this surgery, being excessively muscular will hinder you but it takes years to develop large muscles, physically very strong muscles will also resist lengthening so it's advisable to not develop hugely strong muscles for this. Most folk however don't have huge strong muscles though.
