Hello,
First of all, this question is addressed exclusively to people who did tibia lengthening and are post-frame removal so please don't hijack it if you're not one of them.
Did you feel soft-tissue pain building up in the ankle when you were walking for a while? Did the pain build up gradually to the point that when you sit down to rest you could still feel pain around ankle just from moving the feet and it only subsided when you stopped moving the feet at all for a while while resting?
At least that's what I feel. I don't have ballerina foot. But I suspect that I lack those few degrees past the flat non-ballerina position required for walking movement - you know when you walk, first the ball of a foot makes an impact with the ground and at the same knee moves forward creating a temporarily slight acute angle between foot and tibia until the heel touches the ground. My guess is that I lack those few degrees required for that acute angle and tightness resulting from pushing it to that angle while walking builds up and that's where the pain comes from.
If you have similar experience, please comment on the timeline for improving it to the point the pain completely disappeared and what you did to improve it besides stretching exercises like calf stretching or foot rocker exercises.
