I’m walking but obviously it’s off. It’s much better than what It was a few months ago when I couldn’t even lift my right leg up due to muscle weakness.

Does anyone have advice for improving gait in a lesser time frame?

Femur lengthening - 9 now post op

Hip thrusts from your back, side steps, lie on your side with straight legs and do leg lifts one leg at a time.

More advanced - hold on to the counter and do small jumps 4 x 10 reps, farmers walks with 5-10lb dumbbells for 20ft and back.

Still working on my gait too

How much are you walking?  Several times a week I walked for over an hour from my house and then walked back.

if it's legal without a prescription at your country of residence; anabolic steroids. you'll see novel improvement presumably within a week at most.
