Maybe. I don't really talk about price updates with him (I asked him once but he didn't give an update so I'm assuming there's no change in price within the last 2 years), but price increases are possible with any doctor.
Dr Parihar is strict with his rule that patients have to stay in Mumbai during distraction. If you won't agree to stay for the entire lengthening phase then most likely he won't accept you as a patient.
