Can increasing, for example, 2.5 cm in Tibia and 2.5 cm in Femur, help not affect your athletic ability? I've read a lot of people complaining about how they find it hard to run and Squat because of how their femur or tibia are too long. There's also the complain of balance and agility, which, can increasing muscle mass in the legs help?

Why duck swims? Its utterly sure you will lose certain atheletic ability. But of course the less you lengthen, the less you lose ability. even though you lengthen within 5cm

who cares about athletic professional performance? for real if you need that just don't even think about LL. Most people need to walk, rarely run 10 sec to catch the bus.

I didn't mean it professionally. Just casual running in the treadmill or jogging from time to time or even play football on the beach (which is something I do often on summer)
