Hi I'm 5'8 with a wingspan of 5'10, I kinda want to do 9cm femur and possibly almost get to 6ft? Would it look proportional even if it's a 2 inch difference?

As far as I know it ain't that important. Most surgeons don't even measure it, and as long as your arms ain't much short compared to your legs it doesn't matter. The only surgeon I know who cares alot about this is Donghoon Lee. But Paley who has the most experience in the world, as far as I know never mentioned that it is a important factor. What does matter is how flexible you are and your starting height tho, according to every surgeon out there.

5'10 wingspan 6ft height is a 0.972 ape index which falls within the normal range. i would worry more about t:f and sitting height.
