I underwent months of expensive and time-consuming evaluations, starting from the initial hour-long conversation, where they informed me that insurance would handle the majority of the expenses.
Despite my inquiries, they reassured me several times.
During the appointment intended to discuss the surgery before scheduling it, they disclosed that it was not covered and would amount to at least 100k per bone.
They made little effort to pretend that something had altered and simply disclosed the reality.
Interpret this situation as you wish.
