no not swayback. Duck ass is the exact opposite (anterior pelvic tilt)

Ah gotcha some lumbar lordosis going on. Yeah usually can be remedied via proper stretching and still probably gonna depend on length you want although I know my doctor said femurs are the usual first choice due to better blood supply etc.

Frankly, everyone I have seen or heard of who got sway back from this, corrected it with stretching and day to day walking/activities, within 2 to 3 months after lengthening. I had it bad, it sucked, it is now gone after 3 months.
