You can gain even more, but it's not reasonable. The usual safe limit for tibia is said 5cm.

Save up your money and plan carefully for Styrde. This way you can get 3 inches on your femurs and be walking in 4 months (At least with cane support).   Alternatively, you can get externals on your tibias, 2 inches and its a 9 to 12 month or more of recovery. External Femurs are definitely not an option; even Doctors will decline to do it this way.     

What is stopping you from committing to internal femurs?
