Please share your experience at the ERC by providing pictures and general feedback at your respective model. It has come to my attention that some clinics are utilizing outdated ERCs and requiring patients to pay the full rental fee (Donghoon) for these presumably older or outdated models. Instead, I suggest that ERCs be directly issued by NuVasive and be returned to them using pre-paid postage after the treatment is completed. Patients should not be burdened with exorbitant rental fees for something that should be inclusive alongside the NuVasive nails.
