Hi guys

I was just wanting to ask a question to those who have done external tibias

Once the frames come off and after your tissue settled down a bit did you find it was a lot easier to start stretching and regaining the range of motion in the ankles?

What level did you lengthen to and how much did you increase your range on motion in your ankles by?
