Your parents are tall. Crazy.

I have noticed I have a long torso and short legs/arms. Crazy how a health problem in your teen years can have such a huge domino effect for the rest of our lives.

Yeah, it sucks, but at least there is a solution for it. My dad was 6'0 before inactivity and smoking brought his height down.

Quote from: Masteryourlife on January 19, 2022, 05:55:06 PMMy point was larger then your singolar experience ,was an example that projections are just projections based on random datas .
As I said tho, no big deal u can have ur own opinion as I've mine .

Edit: If I'm not mistaking ,you should be the one aiming at like 7.5 cm tibia or something like that , believing in stats n the story of the 20% length of the bone when the vast majority of people in here heavily suggested to not cross the 5 cm (former patients) .
My advice (which means nothing because I'm no doctor or anything) is to be little less focused on random stats n be more practical because at times reality is way different then unknown datas .
I wonder why you 2 are quarreling with each other over stats. If the prerequisite is that stats are accurate and not inflated/deflated, then why 'stats are just stats' and it cannot reveal the reality? Instead, stats can reveal the reality best, way better than your eyes or assertions or whatnot. It's unintelligible to criticize stats just bc of that doctor who mistook your height when typing your height and said 'the vast majority of former patients suggest not to go beyond 5cm on tibias' while I dunno how you concluded that cuz I can many diaries here writing experiences about lengthening tibias over 5cm and nothing terrible happened if we are not talking about going beyond 7cm(that is very rare here).
Sure stats at times lose their credibilities cuz of human factors but you cannot prove them wrong and just self-assert as you want they are wrong or false then I think you are kinda paranoia or something if you don't mind me to say like that.
Sure, the gap between male and female heights is around 12-13cm and it also doesn't make sense either to think short ppl don't deserve to reproduce even though some tall children are reproduced by short parent, and didn't take grandparents into considerations either. I am not a American but I know there is a list of average height data of every state in US published annually on the Internet by America's medical official institute(I cannot recall its name sorry) and the gap is always around 13cm so I dunno why you are skeptical about his knowledges about the gap. If you have doubts about the data's accuracy just find proofs that the staff of the institute did make mistakes or something.

This is the evil side of social media in society at current. Everyone thinks 6'2 and a private jet is 'the norm'..

I hope it normalises sooner rather than later.

Also even if 50 percent of girls in some BS survey say they wouldn't date you, that still leaves 50 percent who would.

You only need to find one girl who makes you feel awesome really. So in this situation out of 100 girls at a bar 50 of them would touch your penis.... Not bad. Female height

Furthermore.

Genetics are only one factor of height.

You should read this article on children moving to the US from Guatemala:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12400036/

If you can provide a safe loving environment for your children as well as good nutrition and perhaps plenty of sunshine they have every chance of growing to a decent size.

Sure you may not push out a 7ft monster man but really... who cares.

*Fun fact Michael Jordan's parents where not tall 5'9 dad normal size mum.

I have mates that had the same thing. One guy swears it was because he grew up with really tall friends and they had eating comps haha.

On the original question.

Height really doesn't matter in sexual selection to guys. In fact most guys prefer short girls.

You may miss out on some shorter guys that want to heighten up their gene pool... But who cares... that'd be like 1 or 2 guys out of 10 (or less).

That leaves 9 guys out of every ten to play with... Pretty darn good.

LL surgery is brutally painful and leaves scares. Unless you suffer from dwarfism definitely don't do it.

* So many Hollywood actresses are short, most of them. Scarlet Johanson is the same height as you and she is an action hero... Plenty of others.

Just play to your strengths Female height

Yes I think a younger woman at 165 cm (in Australia) does feel short, and keep in mind at least 75% of the adult population is taller than her (almost all males and at least half of the females). My wife is 165 cm and is 15 cm shorter than me, I def dwarf her, and she does feel short nowadays (She has not shrunk with age) but She often said She felt average back in the 1980's.

That's fair enough; it got far off topic.

I'm guessing it was the guy who wants to lengthen 23 cm.
