Atleast according to studies, lengthening the femurs seems benign, unlike tibias, on joint health. I actually heard by many non cll but just ll docs, that 6cm is the safe limit for a good functional outcome.
Get to 4cms, see how you feel and then decide

Do you know if the join issues from tibias is from the surgery or from biomechanics? And yeah well see, but I really doubt I want to go further than 4CM. I know I can be happy at that height and I really hate this process.
