As of right now I understand that forearm lengthening is dangerous. But are there any improvement on lengthening this segment or how is the future looking?

The anatomy of the forearm is just too unfortunate to be lengthened. Maybe in the future with lengthening methods that can go around corners or whatever but I would not have hopes for that to be possible in the near future. Also the nerve innervation is more dangerous even in humerus and a potential loss of sensitivity or even motorcontrol in hands and fingers is much more devastating than in the foot or toes.

That being said. It is not worth it because ulnar length deviation in people is really minor and unnoticeable. For wingspan increase there is humerus lengthening but even that is unnecessary in my opinion (except for dwarfism)

your torso aligns with your arms so i think it'll not be so noticeable that you'll feel worried. you can practice your arms to be skinnier, so they'll look longer. i think lengthening your legs is enough, then use some tricks to make your arms look long instead of undergoing one or more surgeries.

Mostly unnecessary. No one is going to ask you about your arms length as compared to your height.
