I bet that doctor hasn't performed 1k surgeries in his life. All of this is to deceive the fools who believe that this is how they read. I'm sure there's no truth in this diary. They will most likely publish x-ray images of patients who have had surgery before and create the image of a patient keeping a diary. This diary feels so fake. A newly opened account and constant Dr Fatih posts.
I think so, Sigma !
A normal guy who start a diary will keep posting, but these fake diaries posts only 2-3 times... and done !
They just try to let us feel this surgery is a piece of cake... no pain, no stress, no suffer.
From Texas to Turkey to get Precice Surgery by Dr Fatih Arslanoglu
There used to be so many diaries, and it’s a shame that the toxic attitudes have discouraged people from sharing. It feels like this space should be one where everyone can ask questions and share experiences freely, without fear of being judged or accused. I get dm questions every other day about this surgery. I guess because this forum became so toxic and people are afraid to ask it in the forum and tries to find some one who would not judge them. I get that people have different perspectives, but it would be great if we could all support each other and keep things positive. After all, sharing experiences good or bad helps everyone learn. Let’s bring back that openness and make this a place where everyone feels comfortable reaching out!
Prove it that it's fake.
May be he just decided to enjoy life?
Hey everyone
Sorry i disappeared for a long time life got busy for real work family stuff and honestly once i started feeling normal again i kinda just wanted to live and stop thinking about surgery every day
But i wanted to come back and close the loop with a proper update because a lot happened since my last posts
Last week i flew back to Turkey for my nail removal surgery and im happy to say im basically recovered totally now the bones are solid i feel strong and normal in daily life
About the removal surgery
It was honestly not that bad the operation itself was quick and the team handled everything smoothly like before
The only annoying part is yeah it hurts to walk right now because they had to reopen the old incisions so the muscles and skin are sore again
Its that fresh cut feeling more than deep bone pain
each day is getting better though and i already feel like in a couple weeks it will be nothing
For anyone asking if nail removal is scary
No its not like the original surgery at all
For me the first surgery and lengthening phase was the real journey removal is more like a short pit stop
Now replying to some of the comments here
To the people who supported me thank you seriously i read everything even when i didnt reply it helped a lot
To the skeptical guys saying this diary is fake or marketing i get it the internet is full of weird stuff
but im a real person i did this for my own reasons i dont work for any clinic and i dont get paid for posting
If anything i was too lazy to even update lol
I posted when i could and when i felt like it and then i just went back to living
not everyone wants to sit on a forum every week writing essays especially after you finally start feeling normal again
And about pain and stress
I never said it was zero pain i had hard nights and some rough weeks like anyone else
but it was manageable and it was worth it for me
I think people need to stop acting like every positive experience is fake
some people have smoother recoveries some have harder ones thats just reality
For the guy saying prove its not fake
I dont really have anything to prove to anyone but i understand the question
All i can say is this was my experience and i shared it because i know how much reading diaries helped me before i did it
Take it or leave it
Anyway im grateful i did this and im grateful for everyone who kept things respectful here
if anyone has questions about nail removal or the later stage recovery feel free to ask i’ll try to check in more often now
Cheers
These turkroach surgeons with their shill diaries acting like the process is no big deal are quite the nuisance innit
Its always gushing and praising their doner kebab peddler as if we arent onto them
Also op didnt share any xrays or leg photos or anything aka bs tales from the basement of a doner kebab shop in ankara
Jeez - what a scum, fascist, bald racist you are - you just can't stop - thick as pig-crap too - please go read some books 📚
hi,
Great to hear it worked out so well for you. My friend is doing is femurs now and wonder how much stretching sessions he should be doing between lengthening. The PT told him to do four per day right after each lengthening process. He was doing two and they took about 1.5 hours to complete, twice a day. What did you do and what do you recommend?

so your "friend" is doing his femoral lengthening and he asked you to ask on a public forum in the fake diary of a turkroach surgeon how much therapy he should do totally not to get more traffic and clicks on the thread in a weak attempt to advertise some unknown turkroach surgeon that no one here has even seen xrays of any well accomplished work
not suspicious at all
are you not in Turkey for your hair and teeth?? 😁
u can stuff a kebab in your mouth and read some books 📚

thanks man happy your friend is doing femurs hope he is doing well
for me the biggest thing was consistency not one huge session
i did stretching right after each lengthening then again later in the day
so basically three to four short sessions spread out
each one maybe fifteen to twenty minutes
and one proper physio session when the therapist came
i focused on keeping the knee straight and not letting the hip get stuck in flexion
quads hip flexors hamstrings adductors and a lot of ankle work too
gentle holds breathe into it do not force it like crazy
it should feel tight and uncomfortable but not sharp pain
walking a little every day helped a lot as well even if it was slow and annoying
if two long sessions takes him one and a half hours each time and he starts dreading it i would rather split it up and make it easier to stick to
but honestly he should listen to his own pt and surgeon first because everyone tightens up different during lengthening
