I don't know why would you choose India after lengthening in China. Even though India may have good doctors for LL, they are vastly inexperienced.
China does not employ the internal method is one.
India has a large number of road accidents that result in injuries requiring Ilizarov to correct, so the doctors in India that are experts with Ilizarov techniques have had thousands of patients to their name. They may not have near the amount of cosmetic cases as China due to the locals not being able to afford it or lack of general interest, but they've likely dealt with any type of complication one can get with Ilizarov and will know how to treat it accordinly or even prevent it from happening in the first place. I was Dr Parihar´s first international cosmetic patient and his 11th cosmetic patient in his practice starting from 1991, but I received no major complications with him and would be 100% confident in going back to him for internal femurs if I was inclined to lengthen again. I saw a ton of patients at his private hospital and a range of complicated frames treating various injuries and deformities. "Vastly inexperienced" would not even cross my mind when describing his work as a doctor. Same goes for some of the other docs I met I'd think.
I've chosen Dr Suhas Shah, Rodocat.
Great to hear you made a choice. Its a big deal. So why did you chose him?
Does anybody know how to buy trainticket in Mumbai to Akola - Also any advice in traveling by trains in India is welcome.

From New Delhi, Dr Manish Dhawan and Dr Naveen Talwar seems to be good LL doctors. Not very sure about Dr. Sarin.
