If I do surgery of internal method femur
Around 7-8 cm
Will I be able to work out in the gym and leg muscles develop properly or is it a problem?
And develop muscle overall?
It will take time and it will be painful at first but if you do it right with the right lifestyle habits you will be able to gain it back.
Good luck doing squats - you won't be able to do it correct. And you back will take most of the weight so there's a good chance you'll hurt yourself real bad.
Dont listen to Sweden he's just negative because his recovery didn't go well and he regrets it.

Are u a LL veteran?
Why you said with LL veteran in that way?
All we need are real informations not a delutional person
Morissette is an idiot who doesn't know anything about this. He has only read the good parts and believe only what he decides is real. He will be in for a very big surprise after he's done with his lengthening.
Doing more than 6cm will alter everything you do in the gym where your legs need to work. The weight will be shifted to another position making much more strain on your back.
Machines might be better for leg training.
Doing 8cm will make your shins look small and stumpy. Everyone will notice something is off in your body composition.
The truth about LL is not for the faint hearted.
