Does bone really grow thicker and wider if I would use hgh let say for a year?

Yes, but not noticeably so at all. Almost nothing. If it was multiple years of constant very high dose HGH, then yes you would actually notice it.

isnt HGH dangerous ? I heard it can mess up with your organs making for example your heart bigger than it should or something like that..

edit : Just to clarify, I mean there is something like 0.1% chance of it
