I agree, that's why its a dumb question, as only an idiot would tell a girl they did LL. There's plenty of downside and no upside whatsoever.
How do you tell your future wife/gf you were 5 inches shorter before?
And as for "what about my kids", well if you have kids they have the chance of inheriting your short genes regardless of if you told the girl or not. The only thing telling her does is, she might decide she doesn't want kids with you, so again there's no upside for you in this situation whatsoever.
Stay quiet and take the secret to the grave.

Not only I'd find it pathetic that one would do it for women in the first place, but it's absolutely a lie.
A guy went publicly and was shown on TV, went from 5'5' to 5'11", and said women didn't even care he was still crippled from the surgery and everyone knew, he was still getting girls that didn't give an F about the surgery.
Heck, many in this forum, like Viking or the Spanish guy already had a stable relationship and still do the surgery.
I wish doctors would purge men that decide the main reason for their surgery is pus*y, because they're totally not in the right state of mind.

It’s not about whether you “do it for pussy”. No matter for what reason you do LL you’ll inevitably be met with the dilemma of informing your significant other about having done LL.
If you think most women don’t care about you having done LL and just see it as having dyed your hair color I’d seriously advise you to reconsider who is really not in the right state of mind.
Quote from: DanishViking on September 11, 2023, 07:49:53 AMAgreed with Breakmylegs people on here are asking the stupidest questions, that shows they're worrying about problems that ain't problems. Even if a women decides to leave you because you were honest and told her that you broke your legs went trough crap for a better life and mental health she doesn't deserve to be in your life anyway...
Dude, why do people who haven't done LL have the strongest opinion about this? No offense, but you haven't gone through the stigma or the operation to have this strong of an opinion!
When you get to the point of letting a women you love know that you broke your perfectly fine legs in half for vanity, let me know!
If its such a big deal to you that you did this, then tell her bruh. People are discounting the point as its something most people do and then they move on.
Like a nose job or boob job, as long as nothing goes wrong, most people just move on with life.
Maybe its the difference between 2-3 inches and 5 inches though. 2 inches is well within common genetic variability.

Another guy who hasn't done the surgery having a strong opinion. This surgery is not on the same level as a nose job or a hair transplant, and you know that!
You mean in effort? Why does that matter years later?

I've done the surgery. I never told anyone about it and never will. Simple as that, your problem is now solved.

There's no reason to let a stranger know about such a topic since it's now irreversible, it'll absolutely do nothing for your own peace.
If she's a good woman, which means most women, she wouldn't even know what to do with your confession beside knowing you used to be insecure, bored or absolutely insane.
Loss-loss situation, and you don't win any points, neither with God nor yourself.
OP I'm not saying your question isn't valid, but that you're not gonna do yourself a favor, take it with you to the grave.
You don't have Achondroplasia or dwarfism, if your children can stand, run and walk, you're good.
