How do your scars from external femurs look?

Might consider external femurs to extend by 8 cm instead of internals because of the cost (76K in singdollars  How do your scars from external femurs look?). If anyone is able to show their photos of scarring afterwards Id be interested since scarring is a main concern.

Should I just go for internal femurs then? Or maybe tibia... but then even 6cm is too much.
