Definitely no sports for at least 2 years after 10-15cm

Recovery will take long time, longer with every cm after 10. Sports may be after few years.

I don't think over 10 is possible, and many don't have the genetics for 9-10 cm. Your tendons and hamstring will be torn, it would take quite some time. Theoretically could probably be done in steps but nobody has time for their youth to be taken away that long while remaining workless unless they are wealthy.
