How much do you keep growing at tanner stage 4-age 16?

Seeing that you haven't grown since you were 12, I wouldnt get my hopes up. But you never know, I say consider ll when your 18 and you haven't grown.

My father is 5'6", my mother is 4'10"... yet when I recall my mother that it is all her fault she acts like if she has nothing to do... WELL THEN WHEN THE fk DID I END UP BEING 5'1"??!? NOT EVEN 5'4" OR 5'5" I AM BARELY 5'1"! It surprises me because I have a friend whose mother is shorter than mine and he is like 5'5" (we have the same age). His father was probably around 5'6"-5'8" as well.

Well, the good thing is that you can grow a good 14 cm with lengthening.

ita genetics's fault, unless u handr proper sleep or nutrition due o your mom then its her fault, but if none of these occurred then its no ones fault, but u said u were smoking since 12/13

At least he was born into the age of nano technologies and accelerating medical discoveries. It's very possible that we could have therapies to make him far taller than ll ever could in the near future.

Smoking since 12/13? WTF? I barely started smoking this year when I realized that I "virtually" stopped growing (again let's hope for that good spine spurt).

I know I can lengthen like 14 cm withh LL but now my main concern is proportions, I rather be short and seem aesthetic (from an angle...) than being a long-legged monster. I am trying to seek for an LL alternative involving the spine for now, or at least a last growth spurt on my spine. It seems that most of you guys who are relatively short have long torsos for their height. In my case my upper and lower bodies are almost about the same lengths so I hope this changes quick.
