My point isn't really about whether not its easier to attract better women when you're taller, I agree with you that it definitely is. I'm more saying that idk if CLL is worth it JUST to attract hotter women, vs. fixing one's height dysphoria. There are things you can do to attract women regardless of height (again I agree its easier if you're taller) but you can't fix height dysphoria without literally becoming taller through CLL.

this is an easy one: check how tall your average "top" women is. e.g. 176cm then add 5 cm for her high heels so 181cm is enough.

Im in Germany and found that the average for women is around 173-177 right now with the new generation ( 18-30 age) significantly taller than 10y before... thats why you should be at least 178 (barefoot), 181 with shoes on.

perfect size is 183-185. always. each cm higher is IMO waste of everything as it is only for "playing" reasons similar like big boobs for women.

yes I would guess like me 168-172... the taller blond ones already 174.... at least that was the past and the past is behind... as a male better be 178-181. thats totally fine when you are "facial" attractive
