LL ruins your body after a certain limit.

What is the limit though? Because as I said, I "only" want to do 4-5cm

Quote from: Thatdude950 on January 23, 2016, 09:34:47 PMBtw are you actually squatting in that range at the moment? Or are you just assuming you could do it?

Can this challenge include comparison pics between yourself and dozer. As dozer is slightly taller than you now I would seriously pay to see what a natural 180cm guy looks like compared to an original 167cm lengthened to to 182cm guy looks like in briefs (no homo).

Longer arms, longer torso, and much more muscle development. I'm not going to rip on Dozer in any shape, but let's face it, it won't look anywhere near what the vast majority of 180 guys look. And to Dozer, sorry bud, but right now you're pretty much like a walking wonder to us.

I have no problem with posting a pic, but my proportions are *slightly* atypical. The reason I found out about LL was from googling long femurs/short torso, which is what I was born with.

If there is one thing I learned seeing guys of various heights, is that there is no limit to proportions.... I can see well developed 180 guys and "small" 170 guys and vice versa. long legs short torso 180 guys and the same with 170 guys. There is simply no limit to what one can see.

Right.

Tbike despite all the diaries we still don't know what that limit is. Considering we've had over a hundred diaries here & on the old forum over a period of ~5 years or more, and in that time there has been NO, or at most *maybe* 1 example of post LL strength that could be considered above the novice level, I think that limit doesn't exist. This is something that the body probably doesn't recover from outside of basic activity.

So I'm guessing you follow through with this:

Spend your money & be the guinea pig then ... I hope in 2 years from now you come back & prove me wrong, but odds are you won't. Honestly ... the data suggests it's literally a 100-1 shot for you to squat ~130kg.

I think that if someone goes to the trouble of keeping a diary, they would love to show off their great recoveries ... if they happened. Since we never see anything, it's reasonable to conclude that they probably just don't exist. You can cling to the belief that lengthening less will ensure you have a great recovery if you want, but like I said ... you'd be a guinea pig.
