Hi everyone,

I just read the MyEvolution diary, who did femur + tibia by Dr. Paley, and she referred Paley's quote, if your body tolerate, you can continue lengthening tibia until 8cm, which are defined by "If you are flexible enough to easily bring your toes above 90 degrees into the 5-15 range."

But my English is not good enough to understand it well, can anybody post some vid links or gifs or detailed texts of what it really is.

Thanks, and I'm going to do my training too

It's not 100% clear to me as a native speaker either.  But I think it means the angle needs to be 90 degrees minus 5 to 15 degrees (in other words, between 75 and 85 degrees).

Ty, I thought it was femur and tibia above 90 degrees and angle 5-15 degrees, because the angle mov degrees depends on femur and tibia degrees.
